How to Cook Creamy Garlic Tuscan Salmon
Panghalo sa lutuin ang unang key upang mapasarap ang ating lutuing salmon, no matter what the dishes it is you are cookng. Para magsimula sa iyong lutuing Salmon, rub salt and pepper over 4 pieces of salmon. Ngunit siguraduhin na ilagay agad sa pan. Ang mga samya na masyado iginisa sa lutuan ay nawawala ang moisture ng samya, so let it sit for 5 minutes. Sa ilang sandali, initin natinbang 4 tablespoons of cooking oil up in a pan and fry it.
Hayaan lang until your fish is light brown at baliktarin ito, doing the same thing. Kapag ito ay naging light brown color on both sides of the salmon, remove it from your pan and set aside. Matapos kapag wala ng laman ang pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with the remaining oil, and add 6 cloves of minced garlic. Cook garlic until it begins browning. Di ba masarap magkahalo ang garlic at butter?its absolutely delicious diba?
Magdagdag lamang ng 1 piece of chopped onion and sauté it until it is softens. Ito ay kapag nagdagdag tayo ng 5 ounces of sun-dried tomato. A tuyong tomato I use for this recipe ay nakabote na makikita natin sa market and any local supermarket. Kailangan mong i drain ang oil from the bottle, and chop the tomatoes. Ito ay depende kung how big or small you want them to be in your dish.
Iluto na natin ang iyong tuyung tomatoe for 30 seconds, then pour half a cup of water into the pan. Takpan na natin, letting the mixture sit for about 3 minutes. Afterwards, ay maari ng mag add ng 1 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream; use your favorite brand! Haluin ito around in the pan at takpan ulit ito, letting it sit until it boils. Huwag ito hahayaan ng matagal, however, so once you see that it’s already at a boiling point take the pan out and begin to stir.
Bring the heat down to a medium level, and continue stirring it for 30 to 40 seconds. At ngayon ay maamoy na natin ang flavors and scents of the garlic, the cream, and the tomatoes already make the sauce fragrant. Ngunit upang maging masarap ang sauce even richer, now it’s time to add our grated parmesan cheese. Itoss ito in 5 tablespoons and continue to mix them together, making the sauce even thicker.
Kapag ikaw ay satisfied na with the thickness of your sauce, it’s now time to add your three cups of baby spinach. Three cups may seem like a lot, but don’t worry. Once you put it in the pan with the rest of the ingredients, you’ll find that the spinach will grow smaller, and it will end up just right for your recipe. Maari na ulit ito takpan after stirring and let it cook together for 1 minute, waiting until the spinach shrinks.
Finally, the moment we’ve all waiting for. It’s time to add your fried salmon fillet back into the pan! Haluin ito around in the rich, thick sauce you’ve made, so it can soak up those amazing flavors. Takpan uli ito at hayaan ng maluto for two more minutes.
After a couple of minutes, season dish with ground black pepper as needed (no need to put salt; parmesan cheese already makes your dish fairly salty) and if you have some, sprinkle some chopped parsley on top.
